Welcome to "g2golf"
"g2golf" is the name and logo for George Griffin, PGA Class A Professional who is currently a senior at North Carolina State University College of Natural Resources majoring in PGA Professional Golf Management. The name "g2golf" come from a play on his initials.....g squared.
George is a rising star in the PGA. He is concerned with the future of the PGA in this struggling economy and helping make golf more accessible to the general public. He believes that by studying the "business" of golf he can be a more productive and proactive player.
George truly represents the "everyman" of golf. He comes from very humble beginnings with no exposure to the game of golf until age 15 at which time he took lessons offered by the Boys and Girls Club of America. From that beginning he went on to play golf for his high school for 2 years and gain admission to NCSU's Professional Golf Management program.
